Our YeS-TR Green Certification Consultancy and yestr.tr Are Live

Tetratürk, together with its group company SEEDARC, offers consultancy under YeS-TR, Türkiye’s national green certification system. Our new website presenting the service, yestr.tr, is now live.

YeS-TR (Green Certificate Türkiye) is the national certification system coordinated by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanisation and Climate Change. Buildings are assessed under themes such as energy efficiency, materials and life cycle, indoor environmental quality, and water and waste; settlements under themes such as land use and ecology, transport, urban design, and social and economic sustainability. Applications are reviewed by the Türkiye Environment Agency (TÜÇA), and projects are certified with one of four grades: Pass, Good, Very Good and National Excellence.

Applications are filed by Green Certificate Experts (YESU) registered in the Ministry’s YeS-TR system. Feridun BAHÇECİ and Alaaddin SADIKOĞLU are part of our team as Green Certificate Experts.

We run the process from pre-assessment to certificate: we set the target grade, guide design decisions by the criteria, prepare the evidence and follow the application until TÜÇA’s assessment is complete. Starting at the beginning of design keeps additional cost to a minimum.

You can find the YeS-TR process, criteria and grades at yestr.tr, and request a quote for your project at yestr.tr/quote.
