Privacy policy

Tetratürk considers the responsible use of personal data collected through the Site essential to its business objectives and reputation.

Personal data is collected on the Site only through forms you choose to fill in: the contact form and the job application form. Confidentiality and security of personal data

Tetratürk applies technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse, alteration or accidental destruction. All forms on the Site are sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only authorized Tetratürk staff can access the data, and they are bound to keep it confidential.

We do not share personal data with third parties except where necessary to run our business, to fulfil your requests or to comply with a legal obligation. We will never sell your personal data to third parties.

Job applications

The information and CV you send through the job application form are kept in Tetratürk’s application records and used by Tetratürk’s Human Resources team and the relevant managers to assess your application. To find a suitable position for you, your application may be shared with other departments within the company. CV files are not public; only authorized people signed in to the management panel can view them.

By sending an application, you confirm that the information you provide is up to date and correct, and that you are entitled to share it with Tetratürk for use in its recruitment processes. Tetratürk does not separately verify candidate information sent through the Site.

Your application data is kept for the period stated in the privacy notice and deleted at the end of it.

No data storage system, or system for transmitting data over the internet, can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. If you believe your connection to the Site is no longer secure, please let us know as soon as possible.
