Privacy Notice for Contact and Application Forms
Information about the personal data you share through the forms on our website, under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

What data we process
- Contact form: Name, email, phone, company, subject and your message.
- Job application form: Name, email, phone, the position you apply for, your cover letter and the information in your CV.
Purpose and legal basis
- Contact form data is processed to answer your request and assess a possible business relationship, based on KVKK Art. 5/2(c) (directly related to entering into a contract) and Art. 5/2(f) (legitimate interest).
- Application data is processed to run the recruitment process, based on KVKK Art. 5/2(c).
Who receives it
Your data is viewed only by the relevant Tetratürk staff. It is not shared with third parties other than the hosting provider of this site and the email service that delivers form notifications.
How long we keep it
- Contact messages: up to 2 years.
- Applications and CVs: up to 6 months after the recruitment process ends.
After that, your data is deleted.

To exercise your rights under KVKK Art. 11, such as learning whether your data is processed or asking for it to be corrected or deleted, write to tetraturk@tetraturk.com.
